Unique Goods Market represents my second and arguably much more successful attempt at building an ecommerce site for handcrafted and artisan goods. Given the prevalence of mobile devices, smaller screens, data caps, etc. it was necessary to scale back the design of the site to accommodate. While it’s visually simple, it’s also easy to navigate, and keeps the customer focused on product, not a clutter of design elements.
